In 1995 an Australian study found that breastfed babies are regular exposed to several pesticides, through their breast milk, at levels greater than the 'acceptable daily intake'.
In Canada a direct correaltional has been observed between breast milk pesticides contamination
and recurrent middle ear infections in infants, a leading cause of deafness.
The good news is that 30 years ago, a French study found the same thing - high levels of pesticides in breastmilk - BUT those levels declined substancially when the mothers went organic.
